Driving in Kythera, a beautiful island in Greece, we stopped for a moment to admire the amazing landscape.  My father-in-law noticed the gorgeous smell of thyme in the air, then realised these flowers were growing everywhere in the area.  Later on we found out these flowers are used to make Kytherian honey which can be pricey but definetely worth the price.
